How do i book my e-Bike test ride ?
We understand that before buying your new e-bike you may wish to try it out. We offer free test rides at our Torquay flagship store. To book, please contact us here. We look forward to seeing you soon !
e-Bike Battery + Warranty
Do I have to wait for the battery to empty before I charge it?
No, our batteries are Samsung and using Lithium-ion cells which do not suffer from memory effect. This means that there is no need to discharge a battery completely before you recharge it again. You can partially recharge the battery at any time without reducing its voltage or lifespan. We recommend recharging the battery before reaching the final two levels on the indicator or after every use over 25km. This will ensure your next ride has the maximum capacity for unexpected longer distances. If your e-bike is not going to be used for a period of more than 30 days, please remove the battery from the e-bike and recharge every 30 day period to ensure long life.
What are the warranty details for Everyday Australia e-Bikes?
Everyday Australia e-Bike (all models) warranty provides you with:
Alloy Frame: 1 year
Bafang Motor: 1 year
Samsung Battery: 1 year
Controller: 1 year
If you need to claim a warranty on your e-Bike, please contact our Everyday Australia Customer Service team, we will chat thru some exclusions and fine print before getting you sorted and starting your claim.
How heavy is my e-Bike?
All our models are approximately 27Kgs and the dual seat models can carry total passengers weight up-to 150kgs.
e-Bike Assembly + Servicing
How do I assemble my e-Bike?
If you have purchased online, we provide step, by step assembly guide and will also be available via video call if needed to help guide you through the process. Allow 45 mins to assemble. Alternatively, if you prefer not to assemble yourself, we will connect you with Mobile Technician to assemble for you, a fee you would need to pay directly to the technician.
How do I arrange servicing for my Everyday Australia ebike in my local area?
Mobile mechanics are available to service ebikes throughout Australia. Please contact us if you are having trouble finding a mobile mechanic in your area. We can help to connect you with a qualified technician for all your servicing needs. We recommend mobile mechanics for convenience as they will complete the servicing at your home or workplace.
If purchased locally please contact us for the Torquay Technician details. Our preferred technician is familiar with all our models and offers very competitive servicing fees to keep your ride safe and in premium condition.
How often should I service my brakes?
Mechanical disc brakes or hydraulic disc brakes should be serviced by a qualified bike technician every 6 months. Weekly checking of brake components is highly recommended including rotor, pads and overall cleaning of brakes. Please contact us if you need advice for general brake maintenance guides. Please also check you-tube for excellent “how to clean my e-bike brakes”.
Can I fit my child seat to my new Everyday Australia e-Bike?
Yes! We have guidelines for attaching your child seat to our rear racks fitted on all our models. There are also pre-positioned anchor points in our frames to secure the seat. Please contact us if you wish to install a child carrier to your selected Everyday Australia e-Bike model and we will provide a guideline for fitting after review of current carrier model and make.

What is the shipping policy?
Most of the Australian states qualify for E-BIKE FREE SHIPPING. For WA/NT, these states incur higher logistical fees and a shipping cost is charged.
