Everyday Australia e-Bikes (all models)
Everyday Australia e-Bikes return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of delivery. After receiving your e-Bike purchased from our website and you are not entirely happy with it, for whatever reason, you can choose to return it back to us within 30-days of purchase for a full refund (minus any shipping cost) within the required time frame.
Requirements that must be met are:
• The e-Bike must be in its original new condition, not been used, altered, ridden or damaged
• Original packaging will be needed to return the e-Bike to result in a full refund of the purchase price
• An email is to be sent to Everyday Australia Returns advising of the reason for return, and approval is needed prior to the return
• The items returned are accompanied by original purchase receipt/email (if given)
• It is recommended that all returns are sent via a trackable method for peace of mind. As Everyday Australia is not responsible for any missing or undelivered returns, in the event that a return is lost in the mail, the return will not be able to be completed
• Sale items are not included unless faulty
Any refund given is for the original value of the returned goods at the time of purchase only (and does not include shipping costs). Any postage/shipping and or handling costs incurred in returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
